Mr. Reaney has overseen golf properties, golf developments and golf construction for the past 30 years. He is trained in agronomic turf care, and has extensive experience in golf course construction techniques, working with planning consultants and assisting developers in ascertaining feasibility of proposed projects. He currently resides in Turtle Lake, Wisconsin.
His work with Forrest Richardson & Associates includes project coordination, cost estimating and construction management. Together with the firm he has coordinated planning, bidding and construction phases for projects ranging in scope from renovations to full scale development.
His previous positions have included Vice President of Golf Construction for Las Palomas, a destination resort development in Puerto Peñasco, Mexico; Vice President of Golf Solutions, an operator of six courses handling approximately 200,000 rounds annually; and Director at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club where he managed physical maintenance activities for the two internationally recognized courses (36 holes) including oversight of maintenance and grounds for both PGA and LPGA events held at the club.
